Susan Snyder, LCSW is DBT-LBC Certified!

We have big news! Susan Snyder, LCSW is now a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) - Linehan Board Certified (LBC) clinician!! Susan engaged in a series of rigorous tests to obtain certification, including passing a licensing board exam, submitting an in-depth comprehensive case formulation, and submitting three video sessions that were scored and coded for adherence, to prove mastery of the evidence-based treatment, DBT, created by Dr. Marsha Linehan.

Susan's persistence and commitment to achieving mastery of treatment that works for the most vulnerable patients who struggle with the complexity of suicide, make her a tremendous asset to BHBA. She will continue her role as the Director of Program and Staff Development and lead our team through multiple stages of evaluations and tests in our pursuit of DBT-LBC Program Certification.
